I am an accomplished performer and teacher of cello, piano and recorder. Having passed grade VIII (distinction) at age 15 I co-lead the cellos in the London Schools Sympony Orchestra. During my degree I led the cello section of my University Orchestra and performed as a Concerto soloist. I studied postgraduate performance for one year at The Royal Northern College of Music (1996-1997) under Jenny Curtis.
Presently I perform regularly as a professional musician throughout East Anglia. I have performed in various chamber ensembles for weddings and other private functions. I am the regular feature cellist for the 'Backwater Records' label for whom I arrange music. In this capactiy I perform as an accompanying member of the band both for recording artists and live gigs.
I am able to take piano, cello and recorder pupils from beginner to diploma standard. i am also able to teach theory at all levels. I am able to perform as an instrumentalist at functions.
